• College level general biology or equivalent education
• Basic understanding of marine life (what are whales, dolphins, and sharks)
• Basic knowledge of local marine mammal species (humpback whales, gray whales, blue whales, risso’s dolphins, pacific white side dolphins)
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to lift ~50lb to the shoulder level
• Ability to talk to people in an educative setting
• Must be comfortable on boats
• Have an email account and a phone
• Be willing and able to pass a drug test
• No prior skills or experience required (on the job training)
